Becoming AÂ Coach/Mentor
IMC Coach/Mentor
An IMC mentor does not have all the answers or have all his sh^t together. A Coach is a man who is working hard to be an intentional man of courage. Someone who has embraced the developmental process, who is being intentional about growing, learning and working on his plan of personal development. A man who sees life as an opportunity to give to others and make the world a better place.
An IMC Coach is courageous because it takes courage to challenge the rigid confines of our accustomed story. It’s not easy to question our long-held opinions and perceptions of reality. It takes courage to radically alter our views about where happiness comes from or how we define success.
